Biden’s mask and vaccination mandates, ‘dictates’ that he issued are just a sample of what we have to deal with under a Democratically controlled and administered universal health care.

The mandates are un-Constitutional, illegal, and are far outside the authority the President, any President, has.

Biden’s mandates do not allow for exemptions.  There are many, many people with chronic illnesses that need any medication they take be reviewed and evaluated by their personal physician, or physicians, before that medication can be administered.  As it is now, there is not enough or no information available to family physicians, medical specialists with respect to the COVID vaccines, all of them, for side effects, for negative impacts on chronic illnesses and diseases, and how the vaccines will interact with existing drugs and medications.

I’m not anti-vaccine.  I have had both vaccines and will get the booster as soon as it becomes available.  I get all vaccines and immunizations my doctors recommend.  But, as I wrote above, everything I take must be reviewed by my doctors for any adverse reaction to my current medications and side effects.

Many studies have been completed that assess the effectiveness of the cloth masks.  Most, if not all, of these studies show that the common cloth mask that 99% of the people wear do not offer a significant barrier to the virus.  In some studies, the results show only 10% effectiveness of preventing infection of the COVID virus.

Biden’s dictates do not address the most vulnerable of our population.  Biden’s plan is focused on working people, young people, and school children.  Those that are most likely to have severe and even fatal results if contracting the virus were not addressed.  Senior citizens, nursing homes, retired people, those individuals over 50 are at the highest risk of dangerous results of COVID.  While his plan does not prevent anyone over 50 from receiving the vaccine, he didn’t emphasize the risk anyone over 50 is taking by not getting the vaccine.

Biden’s dictates are strictly political.  What political advantage the mandates provide to him or the Democrats is unknown.  If anything, the mandates, and the way he presented them in his speech to the nation, only further divides this country.  He came out attacking the unvaccinated referring to the pandemic as a ‘pandemic of the unvaccinated’ and blaming the unvaccinated for the surge, 300% increase in COVID cases over this time last year.  If there’s anyone to blame, it’s the Chinese.  They are the ones that created this deadly vaccine, and they are the ones that spread it throughout the world, and they are the ones responsible for the millions of deaths.  Not once has he pointed out that COVID originated in China, and with extremely high probability that it was created in a Chinese Bioweapons lab.

To make my last point, Biden’s dictates are directed at all federal employees, all employees with 100+ employees, all DoD contractors, etc.  His dictates levy severe penalties up to and including termination if violated.  All except Postal workers.  Postal workers are completely exempt from all dictates, fines, and penalties.  Some may ask “Are Postal workers immune from COVID?” I don’t think so.  They are exposed to the same environment the rest of us are.
